‘Shinrin yoku’ de Elles Walschaerts
La pratique du Shinrin yoku, également appelée « bain de forêt », est utilisée au Japon depuis des millénaires comme moyen d'échapper à l'urbanisation. Le Shinrin yoku est une forme de thérapie où les sens sont exposés à l'atmosphère forestière pour améliorer la santé. Pendant la pratique de cette forme de méditation, le regard du photographe sur la forêt a changé. Cela a été traduit en images grâce à l'utilisation de la cyanotypie comme méthode d'impression.
